Year 5 and 6 children had a great time on their end of year trip to the Scouts' Centre, which started off with an exciting journey on a double-decker bus. When we arrived our first activity was a team-building exercise, when we had to race each other with giant planks of wood. We then took part in four other activities during the day, ranging from; a muddy obstacle course, delicious pancake making, grass sledging, go-karting and crate climbing. It was a fantastic day and the children demonstrated excellent behaviour. We even had a few children falling asleep on the way home on the bus as we were all so exhausted!
