Today a nurse called Carol from the Royal Victoria Hospital visited P2/3 as part of their topic Out and About. They learnt all about their local hospitals, the types of ambulances, how to call an ambulance and what a doctor and nurse do. They then went back to the classroom and coloured in a picture of the Royal Victoria Hospital. We are looking forward to welcoming other visitors in the coming weeks to learn more about our local community.
