Cherith, from Action Mental Health, returned to our class today to find out how the children have been since she in introduced the Healthy Me programme at the start of last month. She was pleased to find out that the children have been using some of the breathing techniques she had recommended and also how much information the children had retained, regarding the importance of mental health.
