Primary Five have been learning about weather this term and are focusing on extreme weather. Today, we made volcanic eruptions using bicarbonate of soda, washing-up liquid, vinegar and food colouring. The children enjoyed exploring the speed of their eruptions and how vinegar made their volcanoes continue to erupt. What a fun investigation.
