P7 enjoyed Number activities through P.E. This morning.
We looked at our resting pulse, our pulse after one minute of exercise, our pulse after an endurance test and our pulse straight after exercise. We found out that after our endurance test our hearts were beating almost twice as fast as they were when we were resting.
At the end of our session we did a decimal dash, we took in turns to run and time ourselves using the stopwatch. When we got our time we had to round our decimal to the nearest whole number and 1 or 2 decimal points.
Yesterday we also enjoyed games consolidating our knowledge on improper fractions and mixed numbers.
