This term in P4, Garth from Fitness 8 has been supporting us with our PE lessons. We have had lots of fun during his sessions playing different types of sports games. It was really good to learn about, practice and us the different skills needed and used when playing team games. Gareth played games such as relay, basketball and dodgeball with us. We have also learnt about the sport of boxing with him and how different exercises help us to keep fit!
