Road Safety
29th Nov 2018
Beverley from Sustrans was in today to talk to P6/7 about road safety. The children discussed the difference between camouflage and bright reflective colours. They measured out the distance it takes for a car to stop when travelling at different speeds and they carried out an experiment to identify different colours when it is dark. Sustrans will be working with our school over the next 3 years to help our children become more safe when out and about and to encourage them to ride their bikes or walk to school.
