Today we visited Tesco, Lisburn Road. We learnt about how chocolate is made and the difference between dark, milk and white chocolate. Then we went out onto the shop floor to investigate which products contain coco powder or coco butter. Everyone really enjoyed tasting the different types of chocolate! Only a few boys and girls liked the coco powder mixed with water, this is known as sour water or bitter water.
