We are learning all about 'food' as our new topic in P1. We have a 'Tesco' in our classroom but we wanted to visited the real Tesco to see what it is really like. It was great fun choosing different fruits and vegetabes for our baskets and then tasting them. We walked inside the big fridges and freezers-it was so cold! The bakery was our favourite because we wore special baker hats! We watched our bread bake in the oven and then wrapped it up and brought it home. Thanks to Tesco for giving us a fantastic learning experience.
