P5 work hard at everything they do! We have been upgrading our physical fitness with the help of Corey from 'The Gym'. He put us through our paces counting and timing us at each fitness station. Then we visited the Gym and had a go using the equipment and doing circuits. At the end of the 6 week session we got timed again to see if we had upgraded our fitness, and guess what... we did! It was hard work, but great fun!
