Tooth-brushing Challenge
This year, Primary Four and Primary Five have been taking part in a tooth-brushing challenge. Norma, our dentist, tested the children's teeth for plaque at the beginning of the school year. She used a purple dye which stained the teeth the children had not brushed that day. The children were then set a challenge to improve their dental hygiene before she returned. Norma returned later on in the year and re-tested the children's teeth. They children were presented with certificates for their effort and the children who had improved their tooth-brushing skills were awarded a medal. Both classes were competing for best class for overall improvement! For the first time, both classes won with a draw! The cup will be shared between the classes in the forthcoming year. Well done guys!
