Volcanic Eruptions
28th Sep 2018
As part of out Natural Disasters topic, P6/7 have been investigating volcanoes and what makes them erupt. Today, the children created their own volcanic eruptions using bicarbonate of soda and citric acid. The volcanoes they created were wonderful and a great way for children to experience what a volcano would be like. The children demonstrated great team work and wonderful scientific skills, including health and safety, when working with chemicals. Well done P6/7.
